AIM Screening announces new Candidate Portal

We are delighted to announce the introduction of AIM Screening’s candidate portal in mid-October.

The candidate portal will allow for your candidates to log on, provide the information needed to conduct their Background screening and upload the documents required to commence the screen. The interface is truly user-friendly, easy to follow and allows for candidates to provide their information in bite-size pieces or all at once, whatever suits the candidate.

Once ordered, candidates will receive reminder emails and SMS until they have logged in and completed their profile. Importantly, once the candidate’s screening is in progress they will receive notification via SMS and email - no more wondering if the process has commenced.

The ordering process on the client portal will be updated to support the candidate portal. One simply logs on and raises a request, entering the candidate’s name, screening type required, email and / or mobile telephone number and the candidate receives an automatic invitation to log on and complete their profile.

The current 24/7 visibility on the progress of the candidate’s screen remains for all clients.

Of course, should you or your candidate wish to submit handwritten screening forms, we are more than happy to accept these; at all times we endeavour to fit in to our clients’ processes.
